Counsel in his opinion has referred to certain correspondence published in the "Daily Telegraph" of the 22nd August, 1888, and I enclose a copy for your perusal.
I can only add that I am prepared to act on the advice of Counsel but I submit that I am not called upon to move alone in this special case.
